Responsible for the regional implementation and engagement of EO’s core products, including Forum, Learning, MyEO, EO Accelerator and Marketing & Communications, across Europe’s chapters.
Serve as a subject matter expert and ambassador for EO products, ensuring chapter leaders and staff in Europe are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and guidance to engage with products effectively.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), toolkits, and onboarding materials related to product execution.
Design and coordinate regional product promotion campaigns in collaboration with Marketing & Communications, the regional staff team, and external agencies.
Lead curation and content submissions for regional newsletters and social media.
Ensure regional and chapter communications align with EO’s global brand standards by providing scalable templates, tools, and guidelines.
Act as a key liaison between chapters, regional leadership, and global product and marketing teams.
Track chapter engagement and product adoption across Europe’s chapters.
Compile and deliver monthly product health reports and quarterly regional insights, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
Share actionable insights with Regional Director, product teams, and other stakeholders to inform strategic and operational decisions.
Responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of the Europe Moderator Summit, ensuring a high-quality and consistent participant experience.
Support product execution and visibility, when relevant, at key regional and global events, including Presidents’ Meetings, Regional Leadership Academy (RLA), Leadership Summits, EO Accelerator Joint Learning Day and GSEA Semifinals.
Coordinate with member leaders, event leads, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with regional priorities.
Use EO approved tools and platforms—including Monday.com, EO Hub, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, WhatsApp, Hubspot and Canva —to manage projects, communications, reporting, and resource sharing.
Apply automation and AI enabled tools, where appropriate, to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Design and implement systems that empower chapters to execute products locally while maintaining regional consistency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum 5 years’ professional experience, preferably in a nonprofit/association/membership organization
Excellent organizational and customer service skills and account management experience preferred
Event and logistic experience preferred
Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Canva, Monday.com, Hubspot, and knowledge in leveraging of AI tools preferred
Experience developing or maintaining SOPs, reporting frameworks, or operational toolkits in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Ability to interact with entrepreneurs with tact, diplomacy and poise
