Analyse and document end-to-end onboarding and verification flows for all entities, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business needs.
Gather, validate, and translate requirements from Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Product into detailed specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Work closely with Product Managers to support the roadmap for eKYC solutions integrations.
Conduct gap analysis on onboarding journeys, identifying friction points, verification failures, drop-off reasons, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare detailed process maps, logic diagrams, and documentation of the onboarding and verification process by entity-specific onboarding rules.
Support the assessment, evaluation, and integration of onboarding and verification vendors, tools, and data sources.
Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Compliance, and Customer Support to ensure correct implementation and smooth delivery of onboarding features.
Perform functional testing, UAT preparation, and validation of onboarding flows, verification rules, APIs, and logic updates.
Analyse BI reports, onboarding funnel data, and vendor performance metrics to support decision-making and optimisation initiatives.
Monitor regulatory changes across jurisdictions and ensure requirements are captured and reflected in onboarding processes.
Maintain high-quality documentation in Confluence and keep Jira tickets up to date with clear acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by proposing enhancements to onboarding UX, verification accuracy, automation, and compliance alignment.
Requirements
BSc/BA in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
1+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English
an extra language would be considered an advantage.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
