Identify, prospect, and secure new business across direct clients, local advertisers, and emerging brands
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, closing, and post-campaign follow-up
Develop tailored media proposals based on client objectives, using a range of formats
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact
Maximise revenue opportunities by upselling and cross-selling OOH media solutions
Work closely with internal teams including planning, operations, marketing, and create to ensure smooth campaign delivery
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline activity using CRM tools
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Attend client meetings, presentations, and events to represent the business professionally
You'll embed yourself in your clients' markets and grow your own professional brand as the go to person for advertising expertise, understanding how you compete and compliment other media, growing your share of the market
Requirements
Experience in media sales
Confident, consultative sales style with strong client-relationship skills
Excellent listener with the ability to understand client needs, even between the lines
Highly organised and structured in your approach, with a drive to continuously improve
Tenacious and strong at problem-solving
Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
Curious, eager to learn, and passionate about media
