Consulting, planning and execution of projects for the development and further enhancement of clients' IT processes and IT organization
Defining scope and aligning with IT management (C-level)
Creating design specifications
Planning and overseeing (agile) implementations, including technical coordination of internal or external developers
Establishing and managing communication between IT and business units
Developing and documenting ITSM assessments
Ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Experience in ITSM process and organizational consulting, preferably in Service Asset and Configuration Management
Demonstrable knowledge of relevant software solutions (ideally SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, or ServiceNow)
Solid knowledge of commonly used frameworks (ITIL, FitSM, COBIT)
High level of initiative and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills in German
Good command of English
Strong customer orientation
Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria and Switzerland
