Administration, maintenance and further development of the company-wide IT infrastructure
Support and optimization of central systems, including identity management (Active Directory / Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 (e.g., Exchange Online, Endpoint Manager)
Operation and maintenance of the ERP system (Aareon Wodis Sigma / Wodis Yuneo) used in the housing industry and providing support for its use
Ensuring backup and recovery processes (with Veeam)
Management of the virtualization environment (VMware) as well as the endpoint security solution (WithSecure) and the telephone system (Swyx)
Planning, implementation and monitoring of IT security measures with a focus on identities, endpoints and network
User support (helpdesk, troubleshooting) as well as procurement, installation and management of hardware and software
Participation/leadership in internal IT projects including coordination with external partners as well as documentation and further development of internal IT processes

Completed vocational training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in administering Windows networks and the Microsoft 365 environment
Knowledge of directory and identity management (e.g., Active Directory and Azure AD)
Solid understanding of network security and firewalls
Practical experience in supporting virtualization solutions (VMware)
Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration) and SQL for queries
Desirable: industry experience in real estate and experience with a housing-industry ERP system (not mandatory)
Proactive, structured and independent working style as well as good communication skills and team spirit
Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (native-level)
