Partner closely with the Product Manager and UX to understand strategic priorities, customer challenges, and business objectives.
Translate big-picture strategy into clear, actionable user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Own and continuously refine the product backlog to maximize customer impact and business value.
Be the Voice of the Customer
Champion the end user throughout the development lifecycle.
Make thoughtful trade-offs between usability, customer value, and technical feasibility.
Gather and incorporate feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Drive Execution
Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions to keep engineering focused and aligned.
Collaborate daily with engineering, UX, and QA to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality solutions.
Ensure shipped functionality meets acceptance criteria and solves real-world problems.
Support release readiness and clearly communicate progress, updates, and outcomes.
Continuously Improve
Use data, feedback, and curiosity to uncover opportunities for improvement.
Help evolve product and team processes to increase speed, clarity, and quality.
Bring a mindset of ownership — always looking for ways to elevate both the product and the team.

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar product delivery role in a SaaS environment.
Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management best practices.
Demonstrated ability to write clear, detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Familiarity with EHS, compliance, risk, or regulatory-driven software strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills — able to confidently collaborate with engineers, designers, stakeholders, and customers.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability. You don’t just manage tasks — you drive results.
