Partnering with Financial Advisors, Branch Associates, and other key associates to offer a full range of wealth management tools
Proactively engaging Financial Advisors to drive awareness of lending and liquidity solutions
Collaborating with Baird Operations, Partner Banks, and internal Corporate Resource Groups
Serving as an expert to Advisors regarding lending products
Engaging internal partners to develop understanding of lending solutions
Participating in training and workshops for Financial Advisors and Trainees
Troubleshooting sensitive client issues with Banking Partners and Corporate Resource Groups
Mentoring associates to develop broader subject matter knowledge
Performing additional duties as assigned

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of relevant professional experience in the financial services industry
2-3 years of experience with banking products strongly preferred
SIE, Series 7, 66 licensed required within 18 months of start date
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Exceptional client service skills including both written and verbal
Strong computer skills, including proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills – ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to act as a team player
Strong analytical skills
