Senior Information Technology and Security Consultant

Role Overview

• You identify the client's needs and objectives and outline initial suitable processes and organizational concepts during sales discussions.
• You work with your team to develop solution approaches for process optimization or application consolidation and are responsible for the overall concept.
• You coordinate the preparation of the relevant sections for proposals and lead the proposal presentation to the client.
• During solution implementation you drive the realization of the solution at the specialist level and support project management in collaboration with the client.
• The work is based on modeling processes and systems according to recognized standards such as the NATO Architecture Framework (NAF).
• You use established requirements engineering methods, in particular the BSI IT-Grundschutz, for IT security requirements.

Requirements

• You have a degree in Business Administration (BWL), Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, or alternatively training as a non-commissioned officer or officer with subsequent service time.
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a consultant in processes/IT security or as a specialist in the defence sector.
• Certification as a Project Manager according to PMI or PRINCE2 is required.
• You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills and present confidently to clients.
• You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
