About this role

Build and further develop a KPI framework for dementia care, assisted living and home nursing
Define key control metrics (occupancy/utilization, staffing, revenue structure, contribution margins, quality)
Develop leading indicators for economic management in the care sector
Conduct profitability analyses at company and group level
Develop standardized reports, dashboards and management analyses (e.g., Power BI)
Analyze group-wide cost and process structures and identify synergy potential
Support budget, forecast and M&A processes in the non-intensive care area

Completed degree in economics, controlling, finance, health economics or a related field
Several years of professional experience in controlling, business analytics or in a management consulting firm
Ideally experience in the healthcare or nursing/care sector
Strong analytical skills and excellent numerical proficiency
Very good knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI), Excel and data modeling
Ability to prepare complex matters in a structured, management-ready format
Strategic thinking combined with strong operational implementation skills
