Role Overview
- Drafting and reviewing service agreements, lease agreements, construction contracts (empreitada), etc.
- Drafting and coordinating the registration of meeting minutes, articles of association, amendments, powers of attorney, etc.
- Monitoring and coordinating partner law firms.
- Advising other departments on legal matters in labor/employment, civil, environmental, and corporate areas, etc.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a higher education Law program (from the 1st semester onwards)
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office Suite)
- Advanced English
- Basic Spanish
