Design and develop automation systems converting Slack/office-hour requests into structured support tickets
Build integrations such as Slack → Jira automation, routing, triage workflows, and lifecycle synchronization
Implement agentic workflows for automated context collection, triage, summarization, and recommendations
Build scalable APIs and event-driven pipelines
Ensure production readiness with retries, idempotency, monitoring, and failure handling
Add observability (logs, metrics, dashboards, alerts) to maintain reliability
Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and resilient production systems
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders through demos, documentation, and rapid iteration

10+ years of overall IT experience
8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building production systems
5+ years of coding experience in Java, Python, or Go
5+ years building and shipping production-grade automation services
5+ years of API development experience (REST/gRPC, authentication/authorization, versioning, documentation)
5+ years working with event-driven architectures, retries/idempotency, rate limiting, and robust error handling
Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, service boundaries, and data flow design
Experience or strong practical exposure to agentic workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, Orchestration frameworks, RAG patterns, Evaluation frameworks and guardrails.
