Support and represent the department head in technical, organizational and strategic matters
Provide technical leadership, coordination and development of the design team for bespoke exhibition stand concepts
Conceptualize, design and further develop sophisticated, brand-focused exhibition stands
Play an active role in managing key account clients and acquiring new customers
Oversee design, planning and implementation processes from initial concept through to realization
Ensure design quality, schedules, budgets and technical requirements are met
Work closely with external partners and service providers
Support and advise international clients, including on-site at European and non-European exhibition venues
Monitor design trends, materials and technical innovations in the trade fair and event sector

Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
Several years of professional experience in international exhibition construction, ideally including projects outside Europe
Experience in conceptual design and execution of brand presentations
Strong expertise in concept development and planning of bespoke design exhibition stands
Language skills: German: fluent, English: fluent, plus at least one additional foreign language (spoken and written)
Confident use of common planning and design software (e.g. SketchUp, AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
High intercultural competence and willingness to travel
Sales experience in the same or a comparable environment
Initial leadership experience
