About this role
Role Overview
- Responsible for transforming and optimizing IT operations services
- Supporting transformations of delivery models
- Implementing and managing knowledge capitalization tools (wiki, knowledge matrix, etc.)
- Defining, implementing and monitoring production processes and associated tooling
- Monitoring service performance and quality metrics (KPI, SLA)
- Managing workload planning, forecasting staffing and skills requirements
- Preparing Atos' contributions for various governance/steering bodies
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or engineering degree
- Strong knowledge of IT operations, technologies (monitoring, job scheduling, data/flow management, systems and databases) and associated processes (ITIL, SLA/KPI)
- Experience managing teams of 10 people or more
- Led projects with outcome-based delivery
- Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing)
