Cost accounting & profitability: expand cost accounting, further develop allocations and intercompany/internal recharges
Planning, budgeting & forecasting: develop driver-based budget and forecast approaches and coordinate planning processes
Reporting & performance management: take ownership of monthly reporting and translate results into actionable business insights
Systems, governance & closing/audit: act as Lucanet key user, optimize controlling processes and collaborate closely with Accounting (HGB/German Commercial Code)

Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or a related field
Ideally additional qualifications (e.g., CMA/CPA)
Strong skills in data analysis, SQL and Power BI
Minimum 8 years of experience in controlling (e.g., senior/business/cost controlling)
Solid practical experience in building, analysing and further developing cost accounting
Demonstrable experience with driver-based planning (budget & forecast)
Very good knowledge of Lucanet (ideally as a Key User)
Confident handling of ERP systems and data/accounting logic
Routine use of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SAP Analytics)
Excellent Excel skills
Strong finance knowledge (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Sound understanding of HGB (German Commercial Code)
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Convincing communication skills for stakeholder management (finance & non-finance)
Business fluent German and very good English, spoken and written
