Design and implementation of standardized controlling, reporting and governance standards for platform companies
Further development of the central data warehouse and the BI and reporting architecture
Development and optimization of BI management dashboards at group level
Integration of PMO, initiatives tracking and financial impact measurement (effect logic, benefits tracking)
Translation of strategy, budget and mid-term planning into control-relevant target systems
Ensure data quality, comparability and transparency across countries and entities
Trusted sparring partner for local CFOs, controlling leads and platform management
Identification of economic levers, scaling potential and performance drivers
Requirements
Several years of experience in group controlling / performance controlling, ideally within a platform or private equity-backed corporate group
Solid understanding of data models, BI systems and group-wide control logic
Experience building or further developing KPI systems and reporting governance
Excellent understanding of transformation programs and PMO structures
Strong systems expertise, in particular: BI tools (e.g., Power BI or equivalent), LucaNet (planning, forecasting, reporting, consolidation), SAP FI/CO or comparable ERP systems, data warehouse solutions (e.g., SAP BW)
Confident handling of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow logic at group and platform level
Ability to prepare complex topics in a decision-relevant, management-ready format
Confident presence at C-level and platform management
High degree of personal responsibility and an ownership mentality
Pragmatic, structured and impact-oriented
Team player with end-to-end and platform thinking
