About this role
Role Overview
As a working student in Sales, you will actively support our sales efforts.
You will work closely with the Sales Manager responsible for B2B sales.
You will take on your own sales tasks and have the opportunity to earn additional performance-based compensation.
Active support in B2B sales (lead handling, follow-ups, scheduling appointments)
Telephone and written communication with business customers
Qualifying leads and maintaining the sales pipeline in the CRM (Pipedrive)
Preparing and following up on proposals
Documenting conversations and outcomes in the CRM
Participating in sales initiatives, campaigns and sales process improvements
Requirements
You are a registered/enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Management, Communications or similar)
You are interested in sales, customer contact and performance-driven work
Initial experience in sales, call centers, customer service or a similar role is an advantage
You are communicative, persuasive and comfortable speaking on the phone
You work goal-oriented, reliably and don’t give up easily
You want to learn, take on responsibility and earn money
