They are seeking a Business Development Engineer to lead global strategies for Grid Edge and EV charging solutions, driving growth and building partnerships in the sustainable energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead global business development efforts for Grid Edge and EV/EVSE Charging Test Solutions, with a particular focus on Grid Edge technologies
- Build and strengthen partnerships with customers, industry stakeholders, and internal teams
- Identify and analyze market trends, customer challenges, and growth opportunities in the grid integration and e-Mobility domains
- Support pre-sales engagements with strategic insights and solution alignment
- Co-develop sales tools and enablement strategies to expand Keysight’s global reach and enhance market impact
- Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for energy transition technologies like V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid), grid-tied inverters, and smart charging
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Background in Product Management, Business Development, Business Administration, or a related technical or business field
- Demonstrated experience in business development or product/solution management within B2B technology sectors
- Industry knowledge in grid infrastructure, EV charging, or renewable energy systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience working in or with e-Mobility, EnergyTech, or Smart Grid industries
- German language skills are a plus, but not mandatory
- Comfortable using digital collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams
