- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans
- Manage the overall marketing budget
- Conduct competitive analysis
- Plan, build, and manage Meta ad campaigns
- Oversee a Google Ads specialist
- Execute social media content strategy
- Coordinate with freelance photographers/videographers
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns
- Audit website content for accuracy
- Manage Google Business Profile optimization
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- 2 years managing campaigns for U.S.-based clients
- Proven experience building and managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
- Strong understanding of Google Ads
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Familiarity with Shopify
- Excellent written English
- Experience managing at least one direct report
- Experience coordinating content production
