In this role you will lay the foundation for optimal performance by successfully onboarding new SDRs and support your team with motivating, encouraging, and demanding leadership so that our sales talents can continue to thrive.
The role gives you the opportunity to contribute strategically and help drive REP's success and growth.
As Team Lead, you will be responsible for one of our SDR outbound teams of up to 12 SDRs and, with your coaching leadership style, ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
You will also focus on outbound activities: testing new strategies, iterating on them and analyzing their success in close collaboration with the leadership team, deriving new best practices and playbooks.
As a leader you are responsible for the team's performance and empower them through coaching, training and 1:1 sessions.
You are a player-coach: you lead by example with successful calling and set the standard for your team.
You will be at the forefront of events and campaigns.
As Team Lead you will also be responsible for 10+ clients: with your solution-oriented working style, strong communication skills and a pronounced customer-first mindset you will ensure sustainable support for both clients and internal teams.
You will work closely with Customer Success and the leadership team to ensure smooth coordination and continuous improvements in the outbound process.
Requirements
Completed vocational training or degree in business administration, sales, marketing or a comparable qualification.
3+ years of professional experience in an outbound sales role in the B2B space.
Experience in building and/or leading teams (or strong potential) including a team-player mindset, empathy and the ability to motivate.
Reporting and spreadsheets are as natural to you as customer communication and coaching: you easily produce reporting-based, tailored recommendations for action for your team members.
Strong numerical, target
and results-orientation, as well as high decisiveness.
Organizational talent, structured and detail-oriented way of working with a passion for sales and digital business models.
Strong communication skills combined with a high level of proactivity, the ability to listen and a solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent German communication skills and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
