Consolidation, integration and democratization of customer, brand and business data into a self-service solution;
Work with precise, actionable metrics that enable dynamic and intuitive analyses, accelerate decision-making, and strengthen alignment between Product, Strategy, Marketing and other areas;
Consolidation and integration of multiple data sources in a modern, scalable environment, expanding the Data Lake to include behavioral and attitudinal information from surveys;
Centralization of brand metrics, focusing on a self-service solution and the use of Artificial Intelligence to support the generation of analyses and reports;
Perform cross-table joins and data merges to generate information for validating tool implementations;
Customer behavior analysis for the retail ecosystem, using statistical knowledge and programming;
Collaborate with business teams to create standards and guidelines for conducting customer analyses;
Use technologies such as Databricks, SQL, Python and Spark;
Requirements
Strong experience with Databricks;
Proficient in Python for data analysis and manipulation;
Hands-on experience with Apache Spark for distributed processing;
Ability to integrate and work with diverse data sources;
Advanced SQL knowledge, including query optimization and complex analysis;
