About this role
Role Overview
- Assist in the conception and organization of internal and external events, as well as trade show appearances
- Research and coordinate venues, vendors, equipment, and other event components
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners, and obtain and compare quotes
- Support the execution and follow-up of events — including evaluation and documentation
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree programme in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Very good German and good English skills
- Confident user of Microsoft Office
