About this role
Role Overview
Perform visual inspections of final products and materials to ensure compliance with quality, GMP, and specification standards.
Conduct food safety audits, support HACCP teams, and report compliance findings to management.
Inspect deliveries, coordinate with logistics, and represent Quality Assurance during third-party inspections and audits.
Work closely with packaging, logistics, and production teams to maintain GMP standards and address quality concerns promptly.
Follow safety protocols, including PPE usage, and ensure adherence to company policies for receiving and inventory management.
Support special projects and provide backup for other Quality Assurance functions as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent, plus at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related technical field.
Ability to work a 12 ‑ hour rotating shift (7 AM–7 PM), Monday through Sunday.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to management and excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 80% of the shift).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of cGMP standards and quality compliance practices
