About this role
Role Overview
Operational purchasing support: You assist the team with ordering goods, monitor delivery dates, and coordinate goods receipt with our logistics team.
Digital master data management: You maintain product data, prices and supplier information in our ERP system (Odoo), ensuring the highest level of accuracy.
Correspondence: You handle written communication with our partners and wineries worldwide—efficiently and in a structured way across modern channels.
Quotation and costing support: You prepare data for price calculations and assist with the analysis of assortment KPIs.
Office organization 2.0: You actively shape our digital workflows and ensure information ends up where it’s needed (wiki, project management tools).
Product support: You assist with internal tastings and help present new culinary highlights perfectly in our shop for customers.
Requirements
We are looking for organized minds who are digitally proficient and think proactively.
Qualified career entrants who want to start in a modern way are as welcome as experienced professionals with relevant background.
You have completed vocational training as an Office Management Clerk / Administrative Assistant (ideally with focuses such as Purchasing, Logistics or Order Processing).
Outstanding Office skills: You are fluent with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and use it confidently.
You enjoy working with complex software (ERP) and cloud solutions.
Structure & precision: You work extremely conscientiously. A transposed digit in a calculation or an error in a data record is a no-go for you.
Affinity for gastronomy: You have a genuine interest in wine, spirits and good food—you want to know what we sell.
Language skills: Your German is stylistically secure in spoken and written form; you can communicate confidently in English with our international suppliers.
Doer mentality: You look ahead, think solution-oriented and enjoy focused work ("Deep Work").
