Role Overview
- Lead and develop a diverse team of planners and buyers
- Oversee demand forecasting and procurement planning
- Ensure inventory purchases align with sales forecasts
- Manage expense plans and drive cost management initiatives
- Provide regional supplier leadership
- Lead procurement and sourcing for hardware and software
- Champion S&OP processes and process improvements
- Establish performance metrics and reporting for accountability
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, purchasing, or planning roles
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Experience in high-tech manufacturing and B2B environments
- Procurement and sourcing expertise (hardware and software preferred)
- Demand planning and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) knowledge
- Supplier relationship and performance management experience
- Proven track record in cost reduction and expense management initiatives
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including inventory management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
