Advise financial institutions on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters
Counsel financial service providers on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing and distribution requirements, regulatory investigations, and other corporate matters.

Be a member in good standing of a Canadian bar;
Have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar position in private practice;
Possess strong organizational skills;
Demonstrate business acumen and the ability to build excellent client relationships;
Have strong attention to detail;
Show a high level of intellectual curiosity and a willingness to take initiative;
Have excellent teamwork skills;
Demonstrate effective priority management and the ability to work well under pressure.
