Finance & Operations Lead – Tech, SaaS

Role Overview

• Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow and liquidity management
• Build, develop and automate finance & operations processes
• Prepare reports, analyses and decision-making materials for management
• Operative involvement in pricing setups and payment processes (e.g., with Stripe or comparable tools)
• Close collaboration with external partners (tax advisors, banks, etc.)
• Active role in scaling a lean, tech-driven finance organization

Requirements

• Degree in finance, business administration, controlling or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in finance, ideally in a fast-paced environment (B2B SaaS / Tech)
• Strong technical affinity and a hands-on interest in building and automating processes (e.g., with n8n or similar tools)
• Experience with Stripe or comparable payment/pricing systems is an advantage
• Analytical, structured thinker with a high degree of ownership
• Very good German and good English skills
