About this role
Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end processes from data collection through dashboard design to enable Sales, Marketing and Commercial Development teams
- Provide back-office support for CRM tools and wholesaler information systems used by Sales teams
- Coordinate processes to help Sales Managers and teams control their budgets
- Align with Finance to ensure pricing and TTS agreements are correctly managed in SAP
- Manage the calculation, validation and payment process for sales incentives
- Deliver ad hoc data analyses requested by Sales, Marketing and Commercial Development teams
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- At least 2 years in General Distribution (GD) and/or GD support functions (KAM, CSD, Sales, Commercial Excellence, Commercial Finance)
- Minimum 2 years in roles managing data, digital tools, Power BI (PBI) or AI
- Fluency in English is required
- Strong team player and team builder
- Rigorous and disciplined

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
