Build and update performance dashboards and reports for the Talent Acquisition area;
Support the organization and analysis of vacancy/candidate pipelines;
Monitor team capacity planning and productivity metrics;
Assist with data analysis and automation projects;
Help define and monitor indicators of efficiency, quality, and speed;
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process automation within the Talent Acquisition area.
Requirements
Currently enrolled (from the 6th semester onward) in a degree program such as Production Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, or Psychology;
Affinity with data and logical reasoning (Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Google Sheets are a plus);
Enjoy solving problems, testing hypotheses, and generating insights;
Be curious, autonomous, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
