Solid practical payroll experience: You have several years of experience in payroll accounting, are well versed in tax and social insurance law, and are proficient with payroll software (e.g., DATEV, SAP, Lexware).
Didactic aptitude: You can explain complex statutes and calculation methods clearly, structurally and in an engaging way.
Digital fluency: You are comfortable in the virtual classroom (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and use digital tools confidently for lesson design.

Certified pedagogy: You have experience in adult education and ideally hold a certified teaching qualification (e.g., AEVO / AdA certificate).
