Role Overview
- Perform monthly accounting classification and reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Prepare monthly trial balances and review tax entries and payroll postings.
- Support the preparation of documents for monthly and annual closings within established deadlines.
- Ensure the flow of information between departments is seamless and free of rework.
- Respond to client requests with a focus on problem resolution and process simplification.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting completed or in final stages.
- Proven experience in accounting classification and reconciliation routines.
- Proficiency with accounting management software and knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules concurrently.
