Create conversational flows and interactions based on generative AI.
Address algorithmic bias, transparency, and trust within the user experience.
Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure clarity in human–AI interactions.
Design experiences that explicitly communicate the role of AI (assistant, copilot, automation, etc.).
Validate AI-generated outputs with real users.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
Map user journeys and identify friction points.
Translate business and user needs into viable solutions.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, usability tests).
Work with metrics (NPS, CSAT, conversion rate, retention).
Prioritize problems based on impact and feasibility.
Validate implementation and maintain visual quality post-release.
Connect design decisions to business metrics.
Influence strategic decisions based on data and research.
Requirements
Degree in UX Design, Digital Design, Communication, Information Systems, or related fields.
Strong experience in UX/UI design.
Consistent portfolio with case studies that demonstrate process, strategy, and impact.
Proficiency in Figma.
Experience with design systems and componentization.
Familiarity with product metrics and data analysis.
Basic front-end knowledge and technical feasibility awareness to communicate effectively with developers.
Experience building AI products and/or experience in the education sector is a plus.
