Provide business focused legal advice and contract management guidance to leadership on legal issues related to Hydro & Steam Projects
Provide contract review, negotiation and assistance on international and domestic sales and service agreements
Lead a team of contract managers
Maintain contract management policies and tool while identifying and driving continuous improvement efforts
Collaborate with commercial teams and assist in both market and product development
Participate in business/deal reviews and deal approval meetings
Develop and maintain commercial policies and procedures

Significant legal experience with law firms and/or corporate legal department
Legal degree from an accredited law school and the capability for in-house qualification status or equivalent knowledge / experience
Mix of commercial and corporate legal experience gained at leading law firms as well as corporate environment
Must have demonstrable superior academic record and training
Fluent English speaker and excellent communication / presentation skills
Power Industry and complex projects experience
