You develop and execute market-specific content plans for UKI and BENELUX that establish Personio's point of view in HR, create demand, and drive regional growth goals.
You translate company strategy into market-specific messaging for UKI & BENELUX—reflecting local HR priorities, competitive context, and buying committee dynamics to ensure Personio resonates authentically in each region.
You create high-impact content across all channels—landing pages, social channels, ABM campaigns, video scripts, webinar content, and email campaigns—that positions Personio as a leader in HR technology and resonates with HR teams and business leaders.
You build a credible local presence on LinkedIn and in HR communities, creating region-specific content that sparks conversation, supports events and roundtables, and strengthens Personio's reputation and engagement in UKI & BENELUX.
You go beyond ‘text book’ translation to craft content that reflects local work culture, HR challenges, and buying behaviours, ensuring resonance with Dutch-speaking BENELUX and English-speaking UKI audiences.
You work closely with other teams like Performance marketing, Brand, and Regional Marketing teams to co-develop compelling campaign narratives, run continuous experiments, and refine content to improve conversion and ROI.
Requirements
You bring 5+ years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS (preferably HR tech, fintech, or business software).
You are a native Dutch or native English speaker with outstanding writing skills and can create compelling content tailored for both the Benelux and UKI markets.
You can develop a content roadmap informed by customer insights and business goals.
You have proven ability to write and produce personalised content across web, email, paid media, social (especially LinkedIn), video, events, and more.
You love digging into customer research, campaign analytics, A/B test results, and feedback loops to understand what works and iterate fast.
You're experienced working with performance marketing, brand, sales, and Regional Marketing teams to align messaging and maximise impact across campaigns.
You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, prioritise ruthlessly, take ownership, and ship work that moves the needle at scale.
You can manage multiple content projects, stakeholders, and deadlines across two regions without compromising quality or speed.
