Role Overview
- Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.
- Work collaboratively and drive sales by assisting in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries and general store upkeep to win together as a team to achieve store goals.
- Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and trends in sport and fitness
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a sport or fashion retail environment
- Passion for sport, fitness or fashion.
- Motivated by targets and have knowledge of store KPIs.
- Effective customer service and sales skills.
- Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
- Good communications skills in English.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
