Previous experience selling high-investment franchises
Strong sales orientation and negotiation skills
Full availability for frequent travel (approximately 3 days per week)
Valid driver's license (CNH) and availability to drive on trips within the country's interior
Familiarity with CRM tools
Experience with franchise network expansion (a plus)
Familiarity with geomarketing tools such as GeoFusion (a plus)
Experience in the education sector or in expansion businesses (a plus)
