Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven experience scaling fintech or regulated platforms in growth-stage companies
- Strong understanding of payments, lending systems, APIs, and data infrastructure
- Experience building and leading high-performing technical teams
- Ability to balance speed, technical debt, security, and long-term scalability
