Product Designer I

Role Overview

• Develop product design solutions focused on the user experience (UX/UI).
• Create interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors.
• Apply Design Thinking methodologies to solve complex problems.
• Produce wireframes and conduct usability testing to validate concepts.
• Analyze data to optimize the product experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Product Engineering, Visual Communication, or a related field in UX/UI.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven experience in prototyping, user research, and usability testing.
• Knowledge of Design Thinking and applying data analysis to design.
• Soft skills such as creativity, communication, teamwork, proactivity, and adaptability.
