About this role
Role Overview
Support existing teams and key initiatives as a project leader, managing significant portions of projects or entire projects
Lead brand new initiatives including but not limited to sales efforts into new verticals, RFPs and large-scale implementations
Produce analytics and recommendations that inform executive decisions and help set overall company direction
Use market research, customer feedback, and company intel to propose, monetize, launch, and scale new initiatives as a strategic and operational leader within Verse
Influence other departments and leaders (product, ops, legal) to solve problems
Requirements
3-5+ years in a consulting, startup, or otherwise rigorous role, ideally within healthcare and/or technology. Former or future founders are encouraged to apply.
Equal strength in quantitative and interpersonal/communication skills
Ability to “fail fast and learn fast”, iterate strategy based on market signals
Ability to thrive in highly ambiguous environments, handle projects with evolving requirements, and define the path for others
Comfort working one-on-one with executive level stakeholders within Verse and externally
Ideally you have worked in a software-oriented company with some product-facing experience
