Assist in issuing, checking and organizing logistics documents (invoices, packing lists, AWB/BL, certificates, among others), ensuring the consistency and accuracy of all recorded information;
Enter and validate operational documents in the company’s internal system;
Verify exporter, consignee, goods, values and NCM/HS Code information;
Support the preparation and submission of European Union export customs declarations;
Ensure adherence to internal processes and European legal requirements;
Assist the team with document organization and operational audits;
Act as an operational interface with internal teams and, occasionally, external agents;
Provide team support by clarifying questions and supplying detailed information when needed;
Manage invoices for contracted services, ensuring accuracy of amounts;
Open disputes when necessary, seeking fast, efficient, and solution-oriented resolutions;
Participate in team meetings and training sessions for technical development;
Contribute to the organization and compliance of operational and compliance procedures.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, or Defense and Strategic Management;
Expected graduation from the second semester of 2027 (2027.2);
Intermediate to advanced English – will be tested;
Intermediate to advanced German – will be tested;
Interest in customs procedures, compliance and international operations.
