Supporting simple projects (e.g., product launches or promotions) and coordinating with other analysts to track tasks
Setting up, creating, and proposing strategic segmentations
Executing communications across channels (email marketing, SMS, WhatsApp)

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Knowledge of the main KPIs used in the area
Basic experience operating and extracting data from CRM tools
Strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills
Knowledge of Inbound Marketing, Content Marketing, and SEO
Be proactive, with initiative and adaptability
Certifications in Digital Marketing, Sales Funnels, CRM, Email Marketing, Growth, CRO, or related areas are a plus
Knowledge of generative artificial intelligence that complements CRM work
English fluency
