Role Overview
- Track, monitor, and report the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring discipline, transparency, and cadence in governance rituals.
- Identify barriers, drive rapid issue resolution, and escalate to the executive level when necessary.
- Integrate cross-functional areas, facilitating alignment and communication among stakeholders.
- Conduct structured analyses of value, cost, risk, and impact, supporting executive decisions with data and evidence.
- Monitor KPIs, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions to ensure consistent execution and focus on results.
- Be familiar with and present in operations, ensuring understanding of the monitored initiatives and their respective impacts.
- Contribute to building the transformation strategy, roadmaps, initiative prioritization, and current/future state analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in project management, logistics operations, supply chain, and logistics intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills, including using data for insights, structured problem solving, and decision support.
- Proficiency in Power BI for building, analyzing, visualizing, and storytelling with data.
- Advanced Excel and strong ability to synthesize information for executive presentations.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
