Work closely with Senior PMO, VP of Professional services and senior stakeholders.
Assist PMO team in day-to-day support of Delivery Leads and Project Managers.
Ensure governance, financial control, resource planning, and strategic alignment across projects/programs.
Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and KPIs.
Support generation of executive-level reporting on project health, risks, and opportunities.
Responsible for the end-to-end Gating Process for Professional Services projects.
Maintain up-to-date Gating Checklists and hold regular Gating Meetings.
Assist in financial tracking and reporting.

Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent.
2–5 years in PMO or program management roles, preferably in banking or financial services software delivery.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project, Power BI, Jira, Salesforce, and Agile delivery platforms.

Hybrid Working Model requires employees to be on-site three days per week—specifically Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
