Develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions, including ETL/ELT, data modeling, dashboards, and analytical reports;
Collaborate with business areas to gather requirements and understand analytical needs;
Ensure data quality, performance, and governance for the data used in solutions;
Implement best practices for version control, testing, and documentation of BI projects;
Provide technical support to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices;
Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams on projects integrated with Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and cloud solutions;
Participate in agile ceremonies (Kanban/Scrum), actively contributing to continuous process improvement;
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information delivered to users.

Strong experience developing BI solutions, with expertise in SQL Server and tools such as Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, Dataflows, and Paginated Reports);
Knowledge of dimensional modeling (Data Warehouse and Data Mart) and multidimensional/tabular tools;
Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS;
Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS and Databricks;
Familiarity with code versioning (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices;
Ability to work independently, prioritize demands, and manage end-to-end deliveries;
Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
