Role Overview
- Develop and lead/co-lead highly complex projects
- Create mid-term plans that impact results and influence management decisions
- Leverage relationships to meet the needs of various business units
- Serve as an advisor and support in solving complex problems
- Make decisions in complex scenarios, identifying innovative solutions
- Manage operational aspects of ongoing projects
- Act as a liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management
- Review project statuses and budgets, manage schedules, prepare status reports
- Mentor and develop Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Associates
Requirements
- BA/BS with at least 8 years of experience
- MBA/MS with at least 7 years of experience
- PhD/JD with at least 5 years of experience
- MD/DVM with at least 4 years of experience
- Proven experience in project management or equivalent continuous improvement expertise
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Experience in managing large-scale, complex, and strategic programs
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment with diverse groups and senior-level management
