Role Overview
Provide operational support to the US SC Medical Lead
Lead efforts on behalf of the SC Medical Affairs Lead to establish / optimize / evolve the Medical team
Independently lead implementation of new ways of working and ensure dissemination of change management communications
Serve as key point of coordination and communication between US Medical Affairs, Global Medical Affairs, Operational Excellence Team and Medical Platforms
Provide strategic guidance to US SC Medical Affairs colleagues focused on the delivery of high priority projects and senior management requests
Represent the US SC Medical Affairs organization in cross functional forums including commercial teams
Lead budget management and the Operating Plan development
Co-lead strategic initiatives focused on equity, digital and critical scientific initiatives
Relevant experience required: 8+ years with Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years with Master’s degree
Strong Decision-Making skills
Master at resourcefulness with ability to keep pace with a highly changing environment.
Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to lead/strategic development
Proven track record for implementation of projects of strategic importance, on time and within budget
Ability to operate effectively in a heavily matrix organization, with experience managing global projects with team members in multiple locations influence without authority
Fluent and able to influence others in spoken and written English
