Role Overview
- Perform monthly accounting classification and reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Prepare monthly trial balances and review tax entries and payroll postings.
- Assist in preparing documentation for monthly and annual closings within established deadlines.
- Ensure seamless information flow between departments to prevent errors or rework.
- Respond to client requests with a focus on problem resolution and process simplification.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting completed or in the final stages of completion.
- Proven experience with accounting classification and reconciliation routines.
- Proficiency in accounting management software and knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple schedules simultaneously.
