Role Overview
- Execute and review tax calculations under the Lucro Real (Real Profit) tax regime.
- Validate the integrity of records and tax statements before closing.
- Conduct internal audits to identify issues and propose immediate corrective actions.
- Resolve complex tax matters and provide technical support to senior management and clients.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), such as rework rates and delivery accuracy.
- Operate ethically, identifying efficient execution methods without resorting to irregular practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of tax legislation, particularly the Lucro Real regime.
- Postgraduate degree in areas related to Tax Law or Fiscal Management is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic reasoning for crisis management.
