Assume overall professional and organizational responsibility for SAP logistics projects
Lead and manage SAP logistics projects (implementations, rollouts, optimizations)
Responsible for project planning, budget, resources, schedules and quality
Main point of contact for the client (project management, IT, business departments)
Analyze, design and optimize SAP logistics processes
Provide expert consulting and customizing in at least one SAP module (MM, SD, EWM, PP)
Conduct workshops, requirements analyses and decision-making sessions
Manage external service providers and developers
Responsible for risk management, reporting and escalation management
Support testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare

Completed degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Business Administration, Logistics) or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience as an SAP consultant in logistics with demonstrable project management responsibility
Very strong knowledge in at least one SAP module (MM, SD, EWM, PP)
Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA
Solid understanding of logistical business processes
Experience in traditional and/or agile project management
Strong leadership, communication and facilitation skills
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
High customer orientation and willingness to travel for projects
Very good German and good English skills
Desirable: experience in S/4HANA transformation projects (Greenfield / Brownfield)
Certifications in SAP logistics modules or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAP Activate)
Experience leading project teams and subproject managers
Industry knowledge in manufacturing, retail or logistics
