ICU Medical is a global market leader in IV therapy and critical care products. The Senior Project Manager – Professional Services is responsible for managing customer implementation projects across various medical franchises, ensuring customer satisfaction and project deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Provide implementation project leadership, organize, and lead team through complex, multidisciplinary projects
- May be involved in larger projects under supervision of Senior Program Manager
- Manage Service Delivery including scope, resources and timelines
- Collaborate with customers to identify, communicate and manage engagement risks
- Manage all engagements within predefined performance targets including customer satisfaction and profitability
- Analyze project forecast, timeline, budget, reports, and metrics to ensure project deliverables
- Facilitate contingency planning, project risk assessment, and other decision-making activities on an as needed basis
- Present to a variety of audiences and varied settings
- Support select sales activities and presentations as the subject matter expert
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and skilled at working independently
- Project Management experience required, including cross functional collaboration, budget management, project scheduling/timeline management, and resources planning
- Strong comprehension and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer skills required: MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent Presentation Skills, ability to make effective presentations to all levels of management
- Experience of planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously, identifying interdependencies among various projects within the program, integration project plans, etc
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must meet credentialing requirements for access to client facilities
- Registered Nurse with current licensure
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or a High School diploma and equivalent combination of college education and experience
- 4+ years of Project Management experience
- Typically requires travel more than 50% of the time
- PMP certification a plus
- Project Management experience in the Healthcare Industry preferred
