Role Overview
Own net-new enterprise opportunities
Run new business opportunities from qualification to close
Lead discovery, define deal strategy, map stakeholders, and engage executives with confidence and clarity
Drive structured, high-preparation sales cycles
Prepare thoroughly for meetings and presentations
Align internally before every major step
Maintain high standards in how opportunities progress
Sell toward annual commitments
Guide prospects through a structured evaluation process that builds conviction
Work closely with Solutions to ensure commercial ambition and technical feasibility stay aligned
Engage multiple stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
Build strategic relationships that strengthen deal resilience
Maintain strong pipeline discipline and keep CRM hygiene at a high standard
Requirements
Significant enterprise new business experience (8–10+ years)
Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals
Experience selling AI / platform / infrastructure-type solutions
Comfortable with long, complex sales cycles
Strong collaboration with Solutions / presales teams
High standards for preparation and detail
Strategic relationship builder (multi-threading)
Entrepreneurial and ownership-driven
Fluent English is required
Speak at least one major European business language (French, German, Dutch, or Italian)
